Borgo Fiore House: Your oasis in the heart of Parma
In the heart of old Parma, in Borgo Fiore (side street of Via D’Azeglio opposite the porticos of the Old Hospital), stands our apartment “Borgo Fiore House”. A studio available to guests (4 adults in total and a possible camping crib for our youngest guests, free use for children up to 3 years) for short stays. Recently renovated and meticulously furnished with exposed beams. The apartment consists of an equipped kitchenette, with a fridge, dishes, and a table with chairs. Flat-screen TV, and a comfortable sofa bed as well as a double bed with a wardrobe and all the necessary comforts. Lastly, the bathroom, beautiful and modern, equipped with a shower cubicle with a courtesy kit, toilet, linens, and washing machine. You will also find at your disposal a hairdryer, iron, and ironing board. Piazza Garibaldi, Piazza Duomo, Teatro Regio, University, Palazzo della Pilotta, museums, and the main monuments are all just a short walk from the apartment. The historic center of Parma is very walkable, and distances are human-sized. 350 meters away on foot is a covered Kennedy parking lot, convenient for parking your car. While 100 meters away is the bus stop (no. 3/4/5 direction center, stadium, university hospital, no. 7 direction station, 15 min on foot). Below the house, if you want to stroll around the neighborhood, there are many taverns and places where you can drink or eat something typical of our city.
